Very frustrated. I was scheduled for a 9:30am tour. The person reached out 8:15am saying the tour did not reach the minimum booking and he would cancel it, but I could go at 6pm. I confirmed. He texted me 5:15pm saying the guide couldn’t make it. Extremely unprofessional and frustrating
