I think tour is a bit long. They could skip the first 30 min and start in Old Town. We left before the end , which looked like best part, as the trip was too slow.

Nice way to get an overview of a new city. The walk was good but the size was a lot larger than other guru walks. We had 51 people at one point but many dropped out before the end. It seems like a limit to the number would improve the experience

Hi Linda! Thank you so much for your feedback 😊 I completely agree, 50 people is way too much! We do always limit the tours to around 30 people, and send an extra guide if more than that. However on this day a lot of people joined without booking - and as our tours are quite popular, we had already closed the bookings and sometimes people show up anyway. It's always sad for us if we lose customers under this situation, but thankfully it doesn't happen too often. For our guide, it's so difficult to say "no, you can't join us", so Silja just accepted the big group. She can handle larger groups very well, and thankfully this doesn't happen too often. I guess it's a compliment to the popularity of our tours! But you're absolutely right and we really agree with you. But please know we do try our best to avoid this! 😊

Very interesting tour that helps one understand the Spanish Civil War and to see some of the locations of the battle for Madrid. Will is quite knowledgeable and I learned a lot. The walk thru the park is quite nice and you can grab the Metro back at the end if you want
