We arrived for the tour and were told to wait for the guide as he was running late. We waited for 15 minutes and then were told the guide was no longer able to attend. They offered another tour that we had already done the day before. Disappointed because if we had been told on arrival or beforehand that the guide wasn’t available we would have been able to organise the graffiti tour with another company. It was our last afternoon in Bogota, meaning we didn’t get chance to see the graffiti with a tour at all. Very disappointing, communication should have been better.
