Marc was prompt, friendly, engaged the members of the tour. He is knowledgeable and interested a wide variety of subjects - this made his tour very informative
Took the train to Avignon early from Nimes. At noon while I was recharging my phone, he cancelled, I showed up earlier as requested and no one was there. I saw his message earlier. On booking, it said that Mark had a habit of cancelling. This Guru group should let him go, If he cannot hold his scheduled appointments, he is hurting this otherwise very reliable group.
Marc was great! He makes you feel so welcome in the city with his warmth and enthusiasm. Very entertaining guide with fun quiz questions. He gave a great restaurant recommendation at the end too and we enjoyed our lunch very much. I fully recommend his tour.
The tour with Marc was a great experience! We were a small group with only 4 people in total, it made the tour quite personal and allowed us to ask all the questions that came to mind. (And Marc answered them all!) He showed us a lot of interesting places and told us really nice facts and stories. You could feel how much Marc loves his job, he was such an enthusiastic and charismatic tour guide. 100% recommend!
