We only had one day in Tirana. Usually a walking tour is a good way to learn about the city's history and culture. We were very disappointed that the guide did not show up. We were there 10 minutes ahead of the start time and waited 15 minutes after the time. It was not time well spent.
Great city, almost everyone I encountered is nice and kind but one one person who happened to be a police man but after all he may be doing his job

Elton told us he is a teacher and I imagine that he’s a very good one because of the way he presented the tour. So much information and so many great places, the 2 hours flew by! Also recommended a great restaurant for us and gave us other advice and recommendations on the rest of our trip
