Avoid this guru. They didn’t show up! Apparently their phone was flat for over a day! They confirmed the tour then didn’t show up. Messaging twenty mins after the start. Totally unprofessional.

I'm sorry I didn't attend our meeting. I know how important it was for you to learn about our gastronomic culture, just as important for us to be part of the experience. Unfortunately, we had problems with our means of communication and I would do anything to remedy this lack. I apologize and I hope you come back soon !!!

I’ve done about a dozen tours on our South America trip and this is by far the worst. The payment is public with your name being called meaning it’s impossible to not tip. We always tip btw but this tour was really poor. Almost no information. We covered almost nothing. It’s a performance for the guide where he repeats himself and acts. We really just want to see some places and learn stuff. You also have to have your picture taken multiple times and spend the first 30 mins registering yourself and adding your email and then walking from a plaza (which actually has interesting things in it) to the actual tour to merge groups. I’d avoid this tour and spend your time on something else.

Avoid this guru. He states we should be there 10 mins early. We were there 20 mins early. He didn’t show and didn’t reply to messages! Waste of time. I’d avoid
