Hi David. We work at all times with the most professional and best-trained guides in the sector. The free tour (2:30 hours) tries to bring the most general aspects of a city closer to the participants. Therefore, the explanations cover many different topics and try to give a general and introductory perspective of the place. We regret that it did not live up to your expectations.
