A fabulous social tour of Potosi with Julio, our energetic, enthusiastic guide. He was great fun and imparted a lot of cultural, historical and culinary information. We visited places we would not have done on our own, we met locals, learnt some Quechua and Aymara words, visited a school, inspected their artwork and posed for selfies with them. A thoroughly enjoyable tour, thank you Julio. Would recommend anyone to do this tour
Fantastic tour with Julio. He was on time, very enthusiastic and knowledagble. He knows a lot of local people who we were able to interact with (including the mayor!). We were able to try food and drink along the way and saw lots of interesting sites. Best tour I've had in Bolivia.
Miriam took us to some very interesting parts of Pototsi, and tailored the tour to take into account the celebrations taking place (All Saints Day). She explained a lot about the customs of different religions.
Miriam hat uns kompetent in der Stadt herumgeführt und als Highlight sogar an ein Fest anlässlich Todos Santos mitgenommen - das war sehr spannend!
I would like to highlight that the tour was special Because Julio was introducing us to people around! I have never met this on a tours before! We spoken to police man, to school children about their studies, to ladies in the market etc etc This was exceptional! Also Julio took us to the places that you’d never enter alone example the political place where they decide on different initiatives. He also explained the history and traditions of the place and could answer all the questions that I had (and I had a lot for real). We also tried local sweets. I recommend the tour either way as it was really special experience..
