Bill was an AMAZING tour guide! I think he might have been our best tour guide yet. He’s a real local!!! So seeing Shanghai through his eyes and his stories felt extra special. And Bill speaks fluent English! We can’t recommend him enough, you must do this tour with Bill! And he’s so funny too!
