G. is the real professional. So much information, so interesting places, so insightful knowing of the city: I was really impressed. The only thing I would recommend: not to be too serious :)
Overall the tour guide was punctual and seemed to be professional. He introduced himself, equipment he was carrying and told “it wouldn’t be a standard Wikipedia facts tour”, but more deep and personal. At the end we were making several stops around 1 place (Palace of Science and Culture), because the guide used all his artistism to interrupt his talks and move is to the next locations where he continued. After several stops like that for me it was less a tour, more the performance in a very negative way, because it wasn’t about the stories and interesting spots/facts, but really very basic Wikipedia facts about the communism and Polish history. 10/10 for the artistic talent of the guide 3/10 for the overall information about the communism, which according to the guide should have included history, architecture, life style etc., etc and nothing of this was really mentioned
Had a great time with this guide. He told us a lot of useful information without overloading. He also gave an exclusive display of the exhibition with Arabic caligraphy and showed the skill of drawing on the water. And at the end, personal food recommendations (although only in the Asian part) and, thank God, he did not require a mandatory tip, as everyone around does. You can see that it's a pleasure for our guide, and he really loves what he does
