Our guide was great I think but earbuds weren’t provided so hard to hear everything

We had a very knowledgeable guide Only problem was understanding every word We did not have ear buds Florence was packed noisy do it made it hard to listen properly n understand

Usually we don't respond to negative reviews, but in this case we will, bearing in mind that the average tip is around 7 euros per person, and that the headset rental costs 2 euros per headset, and having to pay a commission per person to guruwalk, and subtracting the 50% tax we have to pay, we would be left with nothing in terms of profit, I would point out that a 2-hour walking tour in Florence that is not a free tour costs a minimum of 40 euros per person, in which case he would be right to complain about the absence of earphones.

Our first afternoon in Barcelona and our walk was fabulous Yannis was so educated in his history and information on this city that it was a great way to get a feel for this city Definitely recommend Yannis
