Sarah is incredibly good at what she does! Passionate, knowledgeable, kind. Knows how to interacts with the group. She is a true sunshine and also the most (professional) adorable Harry Potter geek. The stories she told where on point both from the perspective of information provided and how it was delivered. She also has a lot more to offer to true Harry Potter (or literature in general) fans, any question you've got, however shallow or deep, she will have a well thought-through answer. And then her patient and very cute dog Al Pachino adds a lovely touch to the tour. So overall 5 out of 5, but I would give many more stars. Thank you, Sarah!
