I booked onto the tour and received a confirmation email. Waited by the castle for someone in tartan as instructed. No one came so I messaged the guide.. Received a reply a couple of hours later from the guru saying he had not received any notification of the booking. Feel frustrated at the time lost for exploring the city.

Hello, I'm sorry again that this has happened to me again but it is true, there are several tours in which I have not received any notification and the messages have arrived later. I'm not sure if it's a problem with this platform, with my email or my phone, but I'm really sorry. Normally I always contact the walkers a day or two in advance to find out their preferences and adapt the tour to the group or because we need a minimum of reservations since we do not live in Edinburgh. I previously worked for this platform and I did not have any type of problem of this type, in fact all the reviews were very good, but due to health problems I stopped working on the platform for several months and when I returned I had this problem several times. I am very sorry again for this bad experience.
