Lucas is an excellent tour guide. He is highly knowledgeable as well as very entertaining.. we always knew what to expect next on the tour as he would continuously reinforce the story of the Jews and where we were going in the next few stops. Lucas always asked if anyone had questions. He was more than willing to answer any questions that any of his clients had. His English is perfect and he has a very good pace to keep everyone’s interest during the tour. Highly recommend.
Robert is an excellent tour guide who works very hard to make sure that his group is getting the most from his tour. He is extremely conscientious, making sure that everyone in the group feels welcome and has all their questions answered. He makes sure that all his clients are engaged by periodically asking trivial questions with chocolate treats as prizes. I was a little skeptical with so many high ratings from his tours. It almost seemed too good to be true. However, after going on his tour, I can see why he almost has a perfect rating. Highly recommend this tour.
Diana was an excellent tour guide. She is both entertaining and informative . the tour covers most of the highlights in Brasov. I liked that the tour started in the late afternoon. The weather cooled and Diane was able to take us through the sites at a comfortable pace. I especially enjoyed her personal insights into Romania. She was very good and answering any questions that we had regarding the country’s history and present Day situation. Highly recommend this tour.
Excellent tour to understand the Jewish experience in Budapest. our guide was funny, entertaining, and knowledgeable. Although the tour does not cover a large geographical area, the guide did cover the entire history of the Jewish people from 896 to present day. I learned a lot on the tour. Highly recommend
This tour was filled with a lot of information but the information was very detailed relating to a very narrow slice of time. If you are looking for a tour on Franco's life and how life was before, during and after the war for the general population, then this tour will not provide that information. The tour does provide very detailed information of the fighting that occurred in Madrid during the civil war. The information is very dense.
