MariaGrazia's knowledge of the Jewish community is encyclopedic, truly amazing! She incorporated the Jewish history of Rome into the context of Roman and world history which was most helpful and interesting. The tour was almost 3-hours as there was so much to cover, geographically and informationally. This is a highly recommended tour for sites often not seen when visiting Rome, and learning a part of Rome's history not often highlighted.
Julie, the guide, was excellent! She was knowledgeable, had an engaging, vivacious and animated manner with a lovely sense of humor. In addition to information regarding the sites, Julie shared great art and architectural information. Her wonderful story-telling skills to draw one into the history was a bonus. Highly recommended tour.
This was the perfect introduction to Valletta and Malta. The guide was knowledgeable and pleasant. She was open to all questions and provided information beyond the well-organized program, such as discussing the educational system and social services.
This 2-hour tour of Caravaggio-related sites or churches in which his art appears was a terrific experience. The guide was knowledgeable of Caravaggio and Italian/Roman history. It was an interesting walk to sites that I probably would have not visited otherwise.
Be prepared to walk miles! The topic is intriguing, the sights, on and off the tourist grid, are fascinating; however, the last leg of the tour we walked for quite a while before reaching the next point of interest. This is not necessarily bad, as I saw things I would have never seen or understood independently. Kuba is very knowledgeable with a lovely sense of humor, most expressive, interactive, and attentive to all questions.
