Thank you for taking your time reviewing our tour. We understand your frustration. We wish this could have not happen. However, the tour did take place and went on with 12 people. There was no reason to cancell it. You called us and texted us at 16:24. That is well passed our start time which is 16:00. We have to be respectfull towards other people who showed in time and called before the start time for help. The tour guide does his job by guiding during the tour, not to be disturbed by other things. We find this review not representing the tour that took place at 16:00 on 23 April 2023.
You are still more than welcome to join us on walking tour coming up. We'd happy to see you in tour so that you have a better experience.
