You are better to just turn up, as Guru isn't affiliated with this tour, only as a booking platform. The actual company is called 365, no booking is required. The tour guide isn't even aware of how many have booked through this platform which seems unfair.

The guide was great, the information he shared was professional and the route was well planned. Highly recommended
Slavyan is informative and would otherwise be a good guide. However, he was a bit rude to me when I asked questions about some basic nonpolarizing questions about Sofia and Europe, e.g. how is Bulgaria in the EU but not use the euro? I'm not familiar with European dynamics and did not know that it's possible to be in the EU and not use the Euro and vice versa.
