Disappointed. We arrived exactly where described at the correct time (10 minutes before the tour was due to begin in front of the red Rathaus building) and found about 7 other people waiting too, who confirmed they were also there for the tour. 25 minutes later we were fed up and decided to do something else. As we were leaving, some others in the group noticed the guide approximately 100 metres in the distance, starting the tour. They had to rush to catch up with the guide, who was already walking away with other participants. We didn't feel this was a good start to the tour and didn't want to run in 31 degree heat and so didn't join. We had planned our day around this tour and given our bicycles back early, so were disappointed the guide wasn't where indicated.

Hello Katie, We are sorry you didn't find the guide at the indicated meeting point. The guides try their best to protect the tourist - especially on hot days we look for shade -, so most of the time they meet just in front of the building, about 15-20 meters from the indicated meeting point, in the park next to the U-Bahn exit. I enjoyed this tour. It was fun and is suitable for vegans. We got to try a good amount of dishes (try to have 10k and 20k notes available if you can but not a big deal if not). Our guide have us a good amount of information.
