Both Gothic & new area included. Good intro to the history which helps understanding. This 2 hour intro really helped us. We think it gave us a greater insight into Barcelona which we may have missed otherwise.
I could not conceive of a better introduction to Barcelona than what I received from this walk. Melanie, our guide, was so knowledgeable of the city and ensured we saw as much as possible in the time allotted. Melanie was extremely engaging and undoubtedly added to everyone’s experience. The highlight of the tour was the Gothic Quarter. The architecture everywhere you looked was most impressive. Quite a few times during the tour Melanie produced an iPad which displayed historical images of most of the sites we visited which was another addition to the experience. It was a great tour and a great welcome to the city of Barcelona.
Definitely worth visiting, his knowledge is beyond Barcelona which makes it all the more interesting.
