I'm getting used to not counting on Guru for English language tours in less touristy countries. This time, I booked for 10:30. 2 days before, I emailed them to confirm. They replied to come for a 9:00 tour instead. I replied Bueno, see you then. I showed up at 9, no one there. I messaged them twice, no response. A little after 10:30, they messaged me that I should have made another reservation for the 10:30 Spanish tour, despite the fact they told me to come at 9 two days before. Obviously, they are not to be counted on
We had an enjoyable experience and the tour guide (Halima?) was friendly and enthusiastic.
