Lorena ha explicado muy bien todos los lugares de interés de la ciudad, ha sido muy cercana, atenta y simpática y nos ha aclarado todas las dudas. Es una buena profesional y hace muy bien su trabajo y nos encantó el detalle que tuvo al finalizar. Recomiendo hacer dicha actividad con ella.

Lorena loves Vitoria, and she does a great job of introducing her city to us travelers. She engages her guests during the tour, and cares about their experience. Her tour is much, much more than what you can learn from Wikipedia or on your own. Strongly recommended.
We really enjoyed our tour with Lorena. As there were only the two of us on this tour, we were lucky that we had our own private guide. In the short time we had to visit Vitoria, Lorena ensured that we saw all the main sites and understood the history and power of this magnificent city.
