Our guide Yan (may be spelled Jan, not sure, but pronounced Yan) was great! Super informative and passionate about his job and Belgium in general. He knew all sorts of history facts and even recommended places like coffee shops, bars and his favourite ice cream shop. He kept a good pace and was able to give us breaks from the cold by bringing us to indoor places where we slightly recovered before venturing back out, which gave us all energy to face the cold again. He answered questions as well as asked us questions to keep us engaged and alert. Cannot recommend him enough, my boyfriend who had never done a walking tour before now says he would do one again any time, as long as the guide was like Yan. Thank you !! :-)
