We arrived at the designated starting point ten minutes in advance. Lulu did not attend. We waited an extra 15 minutes and then waited more at an outdoor cafe where we could see the cross in case she might arrive. We are vey disappointed as we counted on that service for the Segovia visit. This is our first Guru walk, and we are not trusting about our future reservations. Can guides be trusted to attend regardless of how many people are in attendance? Is there a process to let the guide know we have arrived? We received no message from the guide and had no idea the tour would be cancelled.
Super nice, we enjoyed Segovia a lot with Esther. Highly recommended!
