She gave lots of information and is useful to tourists who is visiting Florence for the first time. The group was too big and she has to split us into two separate groups. Otherwise we manage to hear her even though Florence was packed with thousand of tourists!!!!

Our tour on the day was excellent. She is a local lady, young and gave us not only the history of Zaragoza but pleasant details about the culture of the region. She has a good knowledge of history and we learned a lot from her. We got so much information and therefore we can highly recommend her for being a valuable guide for tourists.
