Loren is a very interesting and knowledgeable guide. You can see that she loves what she does. She answered all my questions with patience. It was a fantastic tour that I recommend to every one.
Although this was suppose to be free, the tip was asked for upfront before the event started. It left a bad taste. Tip is suppose to be at your discretion at the end. I was asked to arrive early only to wait for others who did not show up. The whole event was ok, I learned a lot and it was interesting. The host did a nice job explaining the coffee process and quality checks.

Es una experiencia excepcional, aprendes mucho sobre este y sus procesos y aprendes a diferenciar las calidades, es increíble todo el trabajo que toma procesar el café para poder tenerlo en una taza. La atención de la guía por cierto fue muy buena y me divertí bastante.
I said that the tour was more or less what I expected…because the reviews said it was excellent so I expected excellence. Only thing to consider is the the first guide was to soft spoken to hear or understand.
