We made a French tour with Melanie. She was very professional, knowledgeable about the history of Lisbon with many illustration to show us. We have spent a very good time exploring the city with the group which wasn't too big.
Unfortunately the guide couldn't personally confirm the tour for personal reasons until the tour day even after sending messages by WhatsApp or through Guru. I had to cancel and change all my plans for that day... The Guru did apology though but is was too late to find something else.
