Thank you for your feedback. While I’m sorry to hear the tour didn’t meet your expectations, it’s important to point out that we waited to accommodate late arrivals, which unfortunately affected the start time. Punctuality is important to me, but I also try to be fair to all participants.
As for the content, I usually receive positive reviews, but I appreciate your opinion. Hopefully, future travels bring you to sights that align more with your preferences.
