Bit disappointed with today’s tour. The first half was dedicated to small details without necessarily including greater context about the castle, why the place is significant in Czech history etc. We loved the Old Town tour and were expecting more of the same but too much time spent on unnecessary stops. 30 per group is also a bit big, as it’s hard to build rapport and community. Ended up leaving a bit before the end as it was hot and pace felt frustratingly slow at times (we’d only checked off two locations on the list by the halftime break). Good enough guide, the route, heat and group size let him down.

Hi Fiona, We are sorry to hear you didn’t enjoy the tour. We have sent the guide your feedback. Unfortunately, there are only a few things we can improve based on your comments. We strive to be as transparent as possible about what this tour entails. In the description, it’s clearly stated that the tour can accommodate up to 30 people, and we always do our best to ensure this number is not exceeded, which it wasn't today. Additionally, the guide followed the itinerary mentioned in the tour description (we even mention that the itinerary can slightly vary depending on the guide, so customers are prepared for this possibility). The guide informed me that there were 9 stops in the first half of the tour. If you left in the middle, as you mentioned, then they had just started exploring the castle, which might explain why you didn’t learn as much as you expected about it. The title of the tour is "Prague Castle & Castle District Tour." We explore both areas, and the guide followed the itinerary, starting with the castle district. The guide told us he would consider whether he can modify his explanations to provide broader context. That is one aspect we can try to change. We are truly sorry you left the tour disappointed as every single guide in our company always tries to do his best.

James was a wonderful, knowledgable and personable guide. Tons of good recommendations - definitely recommend if you’re new to Prague

Dinara was a great guide and created a fab group dynamic. She gave us some great suggestions - the QR code of suggestions at the end of the tour is a great idea. I’m a bit of a history nerd so would have loved an even more info on the city’s past, but nice variety of topics covered with some great sites. Would recommend!
