The tour didn't take place at all. The Guru said he tried to contact me in order to tell me but since I was on a cruise this is impossible. I would have seen if he had cancelled the tour but he didn't. It showed up as "uncofirmed" until the last minute.
The tour was interesting and complete. The information provided was told in a way which is understandable even if you english is not very good. One thing which I didn't like is that the Guru moved the tour from the evening to the morning the morning before we arrived and since we were on a cruise we couldn't reach 7 hours earlier. But after that we contacted her and she was kind enough to do it again in the evening so we were happy in the end.
The Guru was very good. The information was presented in an interesting way. She also recommended good restaurants. She was very kind and friendly. Talked loudly so everybody could hear. But be careful - you must be on time or otherwise you would be left out. Nobody answers in chat and you can't find them.
It was the best experience we had in Florence so far. Much information and very fun.
