Mi chiamo Francesca, sono una Guida Turistica Nazionale con licenza e accompagnatrice turistico. Nata a Verona, mi sono trasferita a Bergamo per amore. Dopo aver completato gli studi in ambito turistico e aver conseguito certificazioni professionali, sono partita per un lungo viaggio intorno al mondo: Africa, Nord e Sud America, Asia ed Europa… Dopo questa esperienza ho capito cosa vuol dire essere un viaggiatore e questo mi ha permesso di creare un tour “ad hoc”, sia dal punto di vista della Guida che da quello dello spettatore! Credo fortemente nella formula del Free Walking Tour, perché ti permette di donare in base alla qualità del servizio che ricevi, assicurandomi di dover sempre dare il massimo! I got off on the wrong stop and had a 45 minute walk to the starting point. 3 minutes away I had a message from Francesca explaining I was the only person booked and would Istill like to attend. Having walked all that way uphill Iwasnt going to miss it. From the start to the end Francesca was absolutely fantastic. I explained that Ihad balance issues from a recent brain haemorrhage. Without any hesitation she took my arm on any stairs or steep inclines, ensuring I was able to complete the tour safely. Throughout she was professional and informative, explaining the history of the area and taking her time with me. Her whole demeanour was impeccable, making the tour a pleasure and an eminently enjoyable experience. I would say she is a fantastic embassador for your company. I always use Guru walks on my many trips to Europe, and have always had very positive experiences. What made this tour for me was that at the final stop I tripped on an exposed tree root and lost my footing. Francesca quickly helped me to my feet and dusted me down, ensuring I was ok, and had no injuries. She offered to call someone on my behalf, but there was no need. She accompanied to the starting point and ensured I was safely on my way back to my hotel. In addition she texted me to enquire if I was ok. If tour walks were an Olympic event Francesca would be a gold medal winner. Thank you Francesca you were outstanding today. Kind regards Terry
We arrived 10 minutes before the start of the tour on out meeting point. We waited there together with 2 other people who wanted to join the tour. Unfortunatly Francesca never showed up. We waited for 10 more minutes.. then we left feeling sad and dissapointed!!
