Helen was very knowledgeable about the history of Japan and the Imperial Palace. She shared her knowledge with words, photos and videos, and took very good care of everyone on the tour. I highly recommend her.

Really enjoyed the chopstick making class, but the studio was confused about our booking through GuruWalk and simply charged us their full regular fee (2000 yen per person) at the end. Still worth it, but not what I was expecting.
