I thoroughly enjoyed Harry's tour. I like to know historical details, and his tour was full of them. He is extremely passionate about the city and the region. He has lived in Toulouse for 17 years and does a lot of personal research into its history. I walk away having learned a lot! However, if you aren't interested in a lot of historical facts, this may not be the tour for you. It ran a bit late because Harry kept telling us stories. For me it was fine, but I could see how it could be an issue for others.
The start time of the tour at 11 is much appreciated. Sabian did a great job of involving all of the participants by asking questions. He takes an interest in everyone. We got to go inside a lot of churches and mosques. He openly answers any questions. Personally, I would have liked more detailed historical information from the tour about Albania and Tirana.
I am American and my husband is Italian. We both understood Jakub perfectly. His English pronunciation is excellent and he has a vast vocabulary. We knew nothing about Poznan before arriving, but after the tour, we can recognize the importance of the city in Polish history. The tour is centered around the old city but also goes toward the business district. He has a good sense of humor and keeps the tour enthusiastic. I definitely recommend him to all Poznan visitors. This tour was great! I'm from Pittsburgh, PA but it was a great review of US history told in a fun context. Thomas goes above and beyond. He even brought snacks and refreshments for us all. I'd highly recommend his tour.
Arman is a terrific tour guide. He is passionate about his city and he openly discusses topics and answers your questions. He ends the tour at a beautiful part of the city where you see the sunset. I'm very happy to have done his tour
