This tour feels like going out in a new country and catching up with an old friend who's been living there for years. Nam is an interesting guy who is open to talking about every subject, from food to politics and religion. The spots he visits are absolutely great, and the choices he encourages are based on your previous experience with Vietnamese food to give you a broad experience. Besides the great food and the conversation, some of the highlights of the tour were the walks in between spots across the Old Quarter, the locals-only place where we had a beer until it got dark, and getting to learn more about the Vietnamese mentality. 100% recommended for small groups in for a deep chat!
