A few things to improve the tour: The information given was poor; e.g, he mentioned the inquisition times in Cartagena but he did not mention what Inquisition was. - not everyone is aware of it. The Information was scarce - I overhead other tours on the way, and they were given many more context to the beautiful story and history of Cartagena. The tour guide was hitting historical statues with an umbrella to “point” what he was talking about. I was afraid he would damage it. You can point easily without hitting. Last but not least: I consider that drinking beer during the tour was not appropriate as a tour guide. Not a tour I enjoyed and not one I would recommend.
The historic information provided was very detailed and easy to understand. The innovative use of audio devices helped everyone to listen to the explanation independently of their location n the group. And the tips for food, sunset sites were very useful.
Great Tour with lots of interesting information - I definitively recommend it
