Hello Ra'anan, we are sorry if the tour didn't entirely meet your expectations. The two Spanish people spoke a very good English so the guide did the whole tour in English. We consider completely understandable that they exchanged a few sentences in Spanish.
You seemed very confortable with that and you also said you enjoyed the tour. For this reason we think it's a bit unfair a comment like that. However we accept it and we will try to improve our tour even more.
