Ciao! Sono Sergio. Lavoro come guida da otto anni, ma continuo a pensare che ogni tour sia il primo. Credo che un free walking tour non riguardi solo date o nomi di edifici e statue, ma la scoperta di ciò che ognuno di questi punti ci racconta sulla storia e la cultura di una città. Sergio was fabulous! We were tired and distracted due to American Air losing our luggage but thoroughly enjoyed the tour. Sergio was very knowledgeable and obviously loves his city. He listened and answered our questions. At the end, he assisted us in getting an Uber to take us back to our hotel. He even waited for the Uber to arrive to make sure we were taken care of! Sérgio, our guide, was always very kind to us. He has very extensive knowledge about Santiago and told us a lot about the history of Yungay as well as other areas of the city. Although the tour was scheduled to be in English, we are Brazilian and my father and brother do not speak English. My intention was to translate for them myself, but to our surprise the guide was also Brazilian and, during the walking intervals between one place and another, he provided information in Portuguese for my father and brother. He was very attentive, and we really enjoyed the experience. We highly recommend it to everyone!
