Ritesh was amazing. He was very energetic and passionate about his job. He really wants his guests to have a fun and very informative walk. He delivered on everything. I have used Guruwalks all over the world and Ritesh definitely was as good or better than others. But in general, I have never had a bad experience with GuruWalk guides. Ritesh is also a very good communicator and speaks very good English plus he speaks loud enough for you to hear above the street noise. We had a very interesting tour and he made it very pleasant for us. I can highly recommend taking his tour of Old Delhi.
My husband and I were going on this tour. We have been to Playa del Carmen many times but have really never seen the “real” Playa. So I decided to book this tour we showed up at the correct meeting place at 4:50 pm. Looked for the pink umbrella and we never saw a person. We waited until 5:20 pm and then took a taxi back to our hotel. We were very disappointed. I have used Guru all over the world and never had a problem. First time. I don’t understand what happened. I will be using Guru in India in April. Hopefully I will not have any problems.
Jamal did a great job of showing us the shopping areas and some of the old Riads. So many interesting cultural things to learn. We would never have found these areas on our own. Jamal gave us a good history lesson on so many things. Great tour. Would highly recommend.
Manuel was great. Very knowledgeable about Florence and took us to places we would not otherwise have seen. I can highly recommend taking one of his tours.
