Great energy from our local guide Huyen. Route and pacing was on point. I especially liked being able to see how locals might live in a shared space. Huyen was knowledgeable and funny at times , however my friend and I found the sarcastic patronizing tone tipping towards the negative and this detracted from our overall enjoyment of the experience. Info was great, delivery in this sense could be improved. That said, we learned a lot and would still recommend a walking tour to get to know the area a bit better.
Johnson was a great guide. The route was en pointe. Learned a lot not only about history, but also food, culture and daily life. Had a great time! Highly recommended!
Everywhere I visit, I always make a point to do a walking tour to get the lay of the land as a starting point for further exploration. We had a late start as a couple of other participants kept calling and asking for directions so we were delayed for a good long while. Initial management of questions could have been improved as we literally moved 50m for the first 45min. While I appreciate that all questions were acknowledged, it would have been better if we continued to walk and talk. After the slow start, the rest of the tour went much better. Santiago was informative and shared insights about history, culture, language, architecture, etc. Overall the tour met expectations and it was an enjoyable experience.
This is my second time visiting Zürich. Being on this tour made it so much better as I learned the stories behind all the main sites. Really informative and interesting. I only wish the group was smaller as it was sometimes hard to hear but otherwise the pace and route was very good. Highly recommended!
Entertaining and informative tour. Wish it was longer! Despite us being a large group of over 30pax, it was surprisingly fine. Great intro to Zagreb and really enjoyed it!
