Hi Giovanni. I apologize that this happened to you. I was supposed to be off that day though and for some reason, the calendar still kept showing the tour as available to book. I am very sorry you had to wait in the cold like this and I didn't send you a notification. I should have checked my Calendar earlier to fix this problem.
