We are sorry that you did not enjoy the tour. The experience is very subjective since other people on today's tour have told us that they enjoyed the experience very much. Perhaps if you want a particular topic you should pay for a private tour that suits your needs.
Regarding payment by card, I think you should have talked to the guide before starting the tour so that you could be told where to find cashpoints. It's not mandatory that the guides have a card reader, so please have that in mind for a next opportunity.
