Hello everyone! I am an economics professor, passionate about travel and who considers that tourism is an opportunity to get to know other cultures and ways of life. I want people who come to Medellín to have all the necessary information to maximize their stay in the city. That they have bases of the existing means of transport, of the food of the region and of the most visited places, but also what the locals do to have a good time.
I wish this tour was offered everywhere with Jorge! He was so knowledgeable and as a professor understood the history of the city from a deeper level. He was able to provide insight that you wouldn't be able to get on a regular tour. The tour itself was super helpful to understand how to get around the city and feel safe by knowing where and where not to go. Also how to look like a local so you don't get targetted!

Jorge provided an excellent first introduction to Medellín, a great combination of useful logistic based information on how to get around and visit the key tourist destinations and then a really interesting walk of the downtown and el poblado areas. He is a very engaging story teller and excellent tour guide, highly recommend.
Jorge is an incredible tour guide. Jorge is very passionate about showing the sites of Medellin. I was amazed to hear of the history at each location. I am very pleased that I chose Jorge and his tour as my first tour on the first day while visiting Medellin. Great introduction of Medellin. Jorge is a gem. I give Jorge five stars!
