I like history, losing myself in wikipedia, and taking tons of photos at concerts and in cities.
Rod is enthuastic and knowledgeable, and most importantly, approachable. He interacts with the visitors, and can go off-script should the conversation go there. I learned many interesting things about Lisbon and related subjects. He also ends each area of interest with a hint to how it's related with something coming up later in the tour. Highly recommended!
Inez is a knowledgeable and informative guide, but she could show more enthusiasm. What are her personal reasons for loving Porto over London, other than the weather? What are some fun anecdotes about Porto that are not part of the tour script?
Max is a knowledgeable tour guide that likes to joke a lot and make small talk with everyone. He also knows a lot about the history of Rome so if you have questions unrelated to the tour subject matter, he can answer those too.
