Working with people this job is not only about telling the stories. It is about attitude towards them (us). Our guide Maria was almost running all the time. There we some older people who couldn't follow her in that pace. Even when she got at certain spots she didn't wait for the others to get together and she already started talking. In the end it turned out to be we finished 35 minutes prior to agenda. Also, she insisted on taking a joint photo. One guy refused to be on it but she was so persistent that he join us but he turned his back. Very strange for a guide who supposed to be aware of some maybe cultural differencies. We have never seen such a way of being in this role.
Jessica gave her best to present the city. She was very kind and she answered all our questions with a great enthusiasm. Although the majority was German speaking audience she decided (supported by them) to speak English. Thank you so much!
Thenia is really worth listening. The conceot of thetour we liked very much. There weren't things said just like that to fulfil the time spent there. Fluent language she has spoken. Story she told us In a specific way made us understood how difficult the history of the city is. I would strongly reccommend to everyone to join this tour. Recently, we have started this practice. Join GuruWalk tour in the very beginning of your stay in certain city and afterwards you can explore the city yourself having in mind the things you heard from lovely GuruWalk people. Thanks.
