Hi We respect every opinion , but we do not absolutely with you . Our guide was very patient with you and in spite of your big delay he tried his best to stay in contact with you and we was so able to give you an other meeting point in the center of the city . You forget that he was with other people who were a little bit protesting because of your delay and he should soothe and calm them . His job was not too easy . It is not true that he ran off very quickly and left you without answering your questions. He was standing on city-walks and he was at your disposals for every questions . We are sorry that you didn’t appreciated all efforts towards you of our guide always available for in ever difficult situations.
