A fun and educational food tour. Lots of little bites. Tasty (and some not so tasty but you should really eat it.. looking at you Durian Ice Cream) things to sample. A nice very local walk.

Thanh is wonderful. Kind and charming and full of information. She is open to letting you try anything and helping you figure out what things are. She knows a lot about the market, about Hue, and about food. The food was tasty. Then she took us to a hidden coffee shop above the market that was just lovely. Thanh is working on her English and her degree in tourism, so there is lots of good reason to chat as you go.

What a great tour! Th guide was smart and friendly and told us of the amazing history of Istanbul in just the right amount. He also offered suggestions and personal favorites after the tour (where to eat, how to get the best coffee, etc)
