Poco profesional. El tour se canceló porque "agendamos a ultimo momento" pero nadie me llamo al numero telefónico Colombiano proporcionado. Para cuando vimos el email, ya estabamos ahí y el nunca encontramos al guía. Bastante malo tambien que el tour comienza dentro del metro. Esto no fue dicho y no supimos como acceder.
We could really feel Laura was born and raised in Comuna 13 and loves every single part of it. She spoke about her neighborhood with passion, which I admire. Her honesty, positivity and humour were keeping my attention the whole time!
