She is lovely and knowledgeable. I would recommend her tour.

The tour guide stopped at noisy places. By noisy places, I do not mean traffic or public noise. To be specific the noise was coming from the generator of the ferris wheel which can be avoided by picking a spot away from said generator that he is audible to the full audience. The tour guide didn't wait for everyone to arrive at each stop before he starts explaining and talking. The tour guide walked too fast causing it difficult for everyone to keep up with him. I refused to tip at the end and he started publicly insulting me. I wanted to explain the reasons why I don't tip and he got angry insulting me and my wife. He retaliated by saying we walked too slow because we took pictures of attractions. Then he opened my profile on guruwalk telling the tour team leader he has bad reviews leave him. At the end he also challenged us why I booked for one person but two people showed up. I guess he doesn't understand if more people show up, he receives more tips but he didn't even want to listen. Such a shame such a guide who is fluent in English acted so poorly in an unprofessional manner. Managing large groups not easy for him and I advise him to book for smaller groups and increase the tour time to allocate time for people to take pictures and to keep up with the pace of walking for every person. Eri (Ergys) is talented and capable guy to be the best tour guide in Tirana however sadly he acted so unprofessional that left us with bad experience with him and the company that he represents.

I definitely recommend the tour Tatjana offers. I confirmed with her the night before maki g sure the tour is still running. He did the tour even though I was the only person who booked the tour. She explained all and even went above and beyond to cover more topics as she noticed I'm interested. I highly recommend her tours.

He still has long way to get to guru level. He smoked during the walk. He needs to keep the attendees in one side making sure everyone can hear him. He walked too fast.
