Sam was very knowledgeable about the history and art of the places visited. His English was very good. Very easy to hear and understand. He loves art and it shows! The only thing I didn't like was after finishing a cigarette, before the tour began, Sam threw his cigarette butt on the ground. This is disrespectful of the city.

Marco was an amazing guide. He was so warm, funny, professional and knowledgeable theoughout. He remembered everyones name. He is so oroud of Milan. . .he picked up rubbish as we walked. I've been on many walking tours and no guide has come close to him. Milan is a lovely city with a really interesting history. Overall a 10/10 experience which I could not recommend highly enough
