Our guide handed out the ear pieces and then opted not to use them. I do find some second language presenters hard to understand. He was a knowledgeable presenter. I appreciated his variety of locations in the northern sector of town and his effort to provide additional info to support our time in Venice. Overall I would recommend this tour to friends.
Ricardo, iur guide was a local and extremely knowledgeable about his home. He was able to field our questions with confidence and insight. The route gave us a useful introduction to Florence, including many of the sites we will revisit in depth tomorrow. I am glad he used the vocal reinforcement as it helped me hear and understand all the information that was being given. Overall Ricardo was a great host for our intro to Florence.
Rather oversize crowd for the guru but Simone? did a great job engaging the group. At times some audio enhancement would have been beneficial. The guru was entertaining and helped us get an understanding of medieval/Catholic perspective on life. I would highly recommend this tour to others. Thank you for offering this experience.
