We would like to point out that you say it was not "Conoce" but Anais.
Conoce mi Ciudad is the name of our company and Anais was the guide who did the tour that day.
We are sorry to hear that our tour did not exceed your expectations, we have been working every day for more than 8 years to show our visitors the wonderful city that is Seville.
